High pressure solid thick coated electrode technology
Lithium iron phosphate surface density 420-520g/m2, compacted density 2.4-2.5g/cm3, can effectively increase the content of active material in the core, enhance the capacity of the core.
High capacity pre-lithium technology
Lithium-rich material is added to the cathode material to achieve the effect of cathode pre-lithium, which increases the battery capacity and improves the cycle performance of the battery.
High penetration infiltration technology
In high energy density batteries, the optimized electrolyte components allow full penetration of the electrode cells to ensure the performance of the battery capacity and performance.
CTP "Cell to Pack"Solution
The CTP solution is a new type of battery for electric vehicles, which has been applied to NEVs and PHEV, and is currently being developed for BEV. The current general CTP solution is composed of battery cells, battery packs and battery modules. Each battery cell can be selected and matched according to the actual power requirement when the EV is driven.
In order to provide customers with convenient maintenance and reduce the cost of vehicle manufacturing, CTP designs a detachable CTP solution for Battery Pack. It can be simply detached to replace battery cell, which also provides a detachable design for different battery cells.
